The Engine is a mirror,not an authority over your life.

The Clarity Engine is a structured self-examination product designed to help people distinguish observation from interpretation, examine recurring patterns, test working hypotheses in ordinary life, and compare later evidence with earlier assumptions.

The Engine does not claim that its interpretations are proven facts. Mirrors, patterns, blind spots, and proposed explanations should be treated as working hypotheses to examine against reality.

The service is not medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, tax, investment, accounting, financial-planning, or other regulated professional advice. It does not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions and is not an emergency service.

If you face immediate danger, a medical or mental-health emergency, or a matter requiring licensed professional judgment, contact the appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, finances, health choices, and use of any information produced by the Engine.

Do not perform a Reality Test or other experiment that would be unsafe, unlawful, coercive, deceptive, financially reckless, or outside your reasonable competence. When an experiment involves another person, their rights, consent, safety, and boundaries remain important.

The initial Clarity Encounter may include a Clarity Mirror and a first Reality Test without charge.

Clarity Continuation is a one-time purchase for the paid return-analysis layer of a specific Clarity Encounter. It is not a subscription and it does not create recurring billing unless a future checkout clearly and separately says otherwise.

The price and currency shown on the checkout screen immediately before payment are the controlling price for that transaction. A payment for one encounter does not automatically unlock a different encounter unless the product expressly states that it does.

After a successful payment is verified, the Engine can examine the real-life observation you return from the Reality Test, compare it with the earlier working hypothesis, and generate a Return Analysis that may confirm, weaken, contradict, complicate, or leave the hypothesis unresolved.

The purchase is for access to that paid continuation process. It is not a purchase of a guaranteed conclusion, guaranteed result, guaranteed number of words, guaranteed personal transformation, or guaranteed agreement with the Engine.

Payments are processed by Paystack or another payment provider clearly identified at checkout. Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than being entered directly into the Clarity Engine.

Paid Return Analysis is unlocked only after the payment is verified by the server. A browser message, screenshot, local storage value, or unverified client-side payment state does not by itself establish paid entitlement.

If your payment provider shows a successful charge but the paid Return Analysis does not appear, do not make a second payment solely to recover the same purchase.

Contact Support and provide the payment email, transaction reference, approximate date and time, and enough encounter information to identify the affected purchase. Do not send your PIN, OTP, password, full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Technical recovery may require manual verification. Clearing browser storage, changing browsers, or changing devices may remove locally stored encounter information, so keeping your transaction reference is important until cross-device recovery is available.

Duplicate charges, verified payments where the paid service was not delivered because of a technical failure, and other payment disputes will be reviewed using available payment and service records and handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider rules.

If the paid Return Analysis has already been successfully delivered, dissatisfaction with an interpretation, conclusion, or outcome does not automatically create a refund right, subject always to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms removes a refund, chargeback, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The service uses technical limits to protect reliability, security, infrastructure cost, and other users from automated or excessive abuse.

Free-use limits and paid-use safety limits are separate. Reaching a free-use limit does not intentionally consume or cancel a verified Clarity Continuation purchase.

If an unusually high paid-use safety limit is reached, the service may require you to return later. You should not be asked to purchase the same verified continuation again solely because a technical safety limit was reached. If recovery does not occur automatically, contact Support.

We aim to keep the Engine available, but the service depends on internet access, AI providers, payment processors, hosting, database infrastructure, and other third-party systems that can fail, slow down, change, or become unavailable.

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or improve parts of the service when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or product development.

Parts of an encounter may be stored locally in your browser so you can continue a journey. Browser-local data can be lost if you clear storage, use private browsing, change browsers, reinstall software, or move to another device.

Unless the service expressly confirms server-side recovery for a particular item, you should not assume that every journey, observation, or local state can be restored.

You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, probe or attack the infrastructure, interfere with other users, submit automated traffic designed to consume excessive resources, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use the Engine for unlawful activity.

You retain the rights you have in the text and observations you submit.

You give Yinkz Bez Limited and the service providers required to operate the Engine a limited permission to transmit, process, store where necessary, secure, and analyze that content for the purpose of delivering the service, generating requested responses, preventing abuse, and providing support.

Except for user-submitted content and third-party materials, Yinkz Bez Limited retains its rights in the KaRiolThael Clarity Engine brand, software, interface, original written materials, product structure, and other proprietary elements of the service, subject to any third-party licenses that apply.

These Terms give you permission to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of the service or its underlying intellectual property to you.

AI-generated analysis and human self-examination can be incomplete, mistaken, or unhelpful. We do not guarantee personal transformation, income, business performance, relationship outcomes, health outcomes, spiritual conclusions, legal outcomes, or any other specific result.

Evidence from real life may contradict the Engine. The product is intentionally designed to allow a working hypothesis to be revised when reality provides better evidence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yinkz Bez Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss arising from reliance on the Engine, loss of locally stored journey data, third-party outages, or decisions made by a user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and nothing in these Terms overrides mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

The public service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it, you represent that you are legally able to enter these Terms.

The Engine and these Terms may change as the product develops. When changes are material, the effective date on this page will be updated. Your continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Ghana, subject to any mandatory consumer protections, jurisdictional rules, or other rights that apply where you live and cannot lawfully be waived.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
