Payment succeeded, but access did not unlock
Do not make a second payment just to recover the same purchase. Email Support first so the transaction can be checked.
Duplicate charge or payment concern
Send the payment email, transaction reference, approximate date and time, and a short description of what happened.
Clarity Encounter or return problem
Tell us which step you reached, what you expected to happen, and what actually appeared on the screen.
General product question

What to include when payment is involved
Your payment email address.
The Stripe or other payment transaction/session reference.
The approximate date and time of the payment.
A brief description of what happened after payment.
Never send sensitive payment credentials
Do not email your password, PIN, OTP, full card number, CVV, or other secret payment credentials. Support does not need those details to investigate a payment or access problem.
