Privacy Policy

Your reflection deservescareful handling.

KaRiolThael Clarity Engine is operated by Yinkz Bez Limited. This policy explains what information the Engine processes, why it is used, and the choices you have.

Effective: September 7, 2026

1. Information you provide

When you use the Engine, you may enter a situation, answers to examination questions, real-life observations, and other reflections. You may also provide an email address when paying for Clarity Continuation.

Do not enter passwords, one-time codes, card PINs, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or other credentials the Engine does not need.

2. How your Clarity Encounter is processed

The text you submit is sent to the Engine's server and to the AI service used to generate the examination and Return Analysis. The purpose is to provide the Clarity Engine experience you requested.

The current product primarily keeps your saved journey and encounter history in your own browser using local storage. Clearing browser storage, using another browser, or changing devices may make that local history unavailable unless a future cloud-history feature is introduced.

3. Operational analytics

We may record operational events such as opening the Engine, selecting an area, reaching a Clarity Mirror, beginning a Reality Test, completing a payment, or returning with an observation. These events help us understand whether the product is working and where technical failures occur.

The analytics system is designed not to copy your full situation, answers, observations, or reflection text into those event records.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. The Clarity Engine does not receive your card PIN, mobile-money PIN, or full card credentials. We may process the payment email, transaction reference, payment status, amount, currency, and encounter/session identifiers needed to verify paid access and help resolve payment problems.

5. Service providers

The Engine currently relies on service providers that may process limited information on our behalf, including OpenAI for AI processing, Paystack for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Supabase for operational data and production access protection.

Those providers may process information in countries different from yours and are governed by their own terms, security practices, and legal obligations.

6. Why we use information

We use information to operate the Engine, generate responses, verify paid access, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, provide support, improve reliability, meet accounting or legal obligations, and protect the service and its users.

7. Retention

Browser-stored journey data remains on your device until you clear it or your browser removes it. Server-side operational and payment records may be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for security, payment support, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service improvement.

8. Sensitive and high-stakes information

The Clarity Engine is a self-examination tool. It is not a medical record system, emergency service, legal service, financial adviser, or mental-health diagnosis service. Avoid entering information that is unnecessary for the reflection you want to examine.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the service, including server-side payment verification and persistent access protection. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional information, clear locally stored journey data from your browser, stop using the service, or contact Support about a privacy or payment question. Where applicable law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, contact us so the request can be reviewed.

11. Age

The public Clarity Engine is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed as a service for children.

12. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.

13. Contact

For privacy, payment, or account-support questions, use the Support page. Never send card PINs, OTPs, passwords, or full card numbers by email.
